 Brief Introduction
Built in 1968, Sunway Hanguang Electric Manufacturing Inc. is not only a key enterprise making electronic vacuum devices but also one of the designated manufacturers for scientific researching and manufacturing military electronic devices. It is a secondary large enterprises in Hubei Province. Now Sunway Hanguang Electric group is established based on the factory.
After more than 30 years' development, the factory has been built into a developing and producing base for high power klystrons, automobile headlights, special lighting and precision cold-heading parts. It has become a main manufacture in China who exports electronic vacuum device and automobile headlights in international market.
The factory has advanced assembly lines, complete range of machine-working equipment and superior apparatus for metrological and tests purposes, being accepted as national second level qualified metrical unit. The factory owns a research center with rich technology forces and is great capable of developing and producing many sorts of products with high-new technology. The major products is vacuum interrupters,vacuum circuit breaker,switchgear components,ceramic insulator,insulator porcelain,mechanism.
Now the factory runs according to GJB9001A-2001 and GB/T19001-2000 requirement and can provide all sorts of products with advantage in technology, quality and cost.
Products Introduction
Our products include over ten categories of over 400 varieties such as vacuum interrupter, vacuum circuit-breaker, switchcabinet, semiconductor discharge tube, metal halide lamps, PAR lamp, HID HPS electronic ballast, telecommunications facilities, zinc oxide arrester etc. The vacuum interrupter for rated voltage of 0.38kV-40.5kV, rated current of 160A-4000A and breaking current of 2.5kA-80kA . The products have features of standardization, seriation, minimization and variety. They are widely used in power distribution system such as electric power, metallurgy, mine, petrolum, chemistry, railway, broadcast, communication,and industrial high frequency heating.
The products are not only sold well at home but also exported to Iran , U.S.A , England , India, South Korea ,Tailand as well as other countries and districts in the world. Sunway Hanguang Electric Manufacturing Inc., comes out first among vacuum industries at home with scientific management and excellent quality of products. In the consecutive years, The output and sales volumn of vacuum interrupter and vacuum circuit-breaker has ranked the first place in China.
At present the annual production capacity of vacuum interrupter comes up to 120000 units, that of vacuum circuit-breaker is 5000 sets. Many of the products had been listed in the Torch Plan of State and national new products plan.Over 50 of the products have won the prizes of provincal and ministrial quality products. |
